A friend just got back from Finland and was Very surprised when it SNOWED ! It didn’t stick but … Her travelling companions had family in Finland she had never met and she was able to connect with them. Nice
It’s been 28-31 C in greater part of Finland the last few weeks, so today’s 24 feels like heaven. No snow since April! Maybe your friend was far up in the north, and in the mountains? Nice way of traveling in foreign countries, you get to see more when you have local people to show you around.
